This is my first post attempt to write out how to cook papaya soup. Yet, I’m still learning so my mom is the one preparing and cooking, I just stand beside taking notes and pictures to fill up this post. Nevertheless, I will cook on my own by following these notes I created below.
Let’s cook!
Ingredients;
- Papaya (half ripe *70% ripe / can be eat by tomorrow*, size of my palm)
- Peanuts *size average type* (70-80g / size scope from palm)
- Dry scallops / kung yiu chi(2pcs)
- Dry longan (70-80g / size scope from palm)
- Pork bones / pai guat (1 stick)
Preparations;

I forgot to snap pictures on this few steps below;
after put in peanuts, put in longan and the pork bones.

The taste for this is quite mild but still taste very yummy! Pork bone is tender, papaya have mild sweet (i prefer sweeter type, it depends on the papaya sweetness), so if u guys prefer sweeter or mild, u will have to look for different papaya. Peanut is soft and size is average, I do prefer bigger peanut.

Oh, please take note. This soup can be add in carrots 🥕 and corn 🌽 to enhance the flavor by your desire. NO salt and NO seasoning please, it will spoiled the original flavor.
