Luck is on my day! The veggies are so sweet! Corn, carrot & potatoes taste so good and so sweet till flavors up the soup base. This doesn’t taste as usual stock soup, is very refreshing sweet veggies taste added with mid sour and light saltiness from the Pickled Mustard “榨č/Ja Choi” just nice. And lastly, the white pepper provides peppery flavor in your mouth is just wonderful!
It just fulfilled my hunger to the fullest, very satisfying, all I can tell.
Same with my other soup post, no salt and seasoning. MOST important in this soup is the perfect combination of sweet and sour is wrapped with saltiness of Pickled Mustard “榨č/Ja Choi” and peppery of white pepper.
Ingredients selection is very important, thou I don’t have complete control of it. Hope I will manage to source better quality ingredients thru information and experience in future.
I have to end this post with a word “Satisfying“, I just felt my dinner is truly complete.
