Above is my Wikipedia findings, I called it fu chuk eggs tong sui. Tong sui is sweet soup in Cantonese. Ok, done introductions, if wants more information about fu chuk please Google 🙏

This is one of my favorite tong sui made by mom. Today I took my chance to take photo and notes from it without mom nagging me, my mom doesn’t likes me to interfere while she’s cooking in kitchen. Therefore, I need to speed up whatever it takes.

Ingredients;
- Fu chuk 2sheet
- Quail eggs 15pcs (It’s up to u for how many to consume, it doesn’t interfere with the taste)
- Chinese rock sugar 100gm (don’t put everything in, put half and taste it till U satisfied with the sweetness)
- Ginger 2slice
- Chicken eggs 1pcs (Optional)

The sweetness is on demand, for me I likes to go above average sweetness. I don’t consume this everyday.
This sweet soup is so eggsie and soy bean flavors from fu chuk. U can feels both eggs texture lingering in your mouth carrying rock sugar sweetness run thru your tongue 😝 It’s very satisfying, super satisfying!
